The technical and economic fortunes of the company began in 1937 with its foundation by Artur Bawart.
Then in 1965, the executive management and capital holdings passed to his sons Norbert and Roland Bawart.
The third generation assumed the management of the company in August 1996, since when Andreas Bawart (commercial CEO, left) and Thomas Bawart (technical CEO, right) have borne exclusive executive responsibility.
